Terms and Conditions
- Once a Booking and Deposit have been received in Writing, this is a Legally Binding Contract, between both Parties.
- This Deposit is Non Refundable.
- Confirmation of this Booking will be sent by Letter or Email.
- The Invoice will show Full Details of the Booking and the Balance payable on Arrival.
- If you need to Cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, first by Telephone, and confirmed by Letter or Email.
- For Cancellations up to 30 days, prior to Arrival, there will be no further Costs.
- For Cancellations after 30 days, or No Show, you will be Liable for Two Thirds of the Outstanding Balance, if we are unable to Re-let your Room.
- NB : We do not charge for Services not Provided, ie Food and Room Servicing.
- We strongly Recommend that Holiday Insurance is taken out to cover Cancellation.
- You are Welcome to Park your Car after 10:00am.
- If you are likely to Arrive after 6:00pm, please could you let us know.
- You are asked to Vaccate your Room by 10:00am.
- Cases can be left in the Dining Room, at your own risk.
- We do not Accept all Male or Female Groups.
- Under 18’s, unless Accompanied by a Responsible Adult.
- We will not Accept any Liability for any Loss or Damages to your Vehicle or Belongings, or any Injury to Members of your Party, unless Proven otherwise.
