Terms and Conditions


  • Once a Booking and Deposit have been received in Writing, this is a Legally Binding Contract, between both Parties.
  • This Deposit is Non Refundable.
  • Confirmation of this Booking will be sent by Letter or Email.
  • The Invoice will show Full Details of the Booking and the Balance payable on Arrival.


  • If you need to Cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, first by Telephone, and confirmed by Letter or Email.
  • For Cancellations up to 30 days, prior to Arrival, there will be no further Costs.
  • For Cancellations after 30 days, or No Show, you will be Liable for Two Thirds of the Outstanding Balance, if we are unable to Re-let your Room.
  • NB : We do not charge for Services not Provided, ie Food and Room Servicing.

Holiday Insurance

  • We strongly Recommend that Holiday Insurance is taken out to cover Cancellation.


  • You are Welcome to Park your Car after 10:00am.
  • If you are likely to Arrive after 6:00pm, please could you let us know.


  • You are asked to Vaccate your Room by 10:00am.
  • Cases can be left in the Dining Room, at your own risk.


  • We do not Accept all Male or Female Groups.
  • Under 18’s, unless Accompanied by a Responsible Adult.


  • We will not Accept any Liability for any Loss or Damages to your Vehicle or Belongings, or any Injury to Members of your Party, unless Proven otherwise.
